You pay when you check-in, making checkout a breeze. Just place the card key for your room in the card key return box located in the lobby, and you're done!

Send your presents and luggage home by courier.
Charges vary according to the size and weight of what is being sent.
Drop your luggage off at the Guest Services counter, and have it delivered to Haneda Airport the same day.
If you drop your luggage off at the Guest Services counter by 10:00 a.m., and you can pick your luggage up at Haneda Airport between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. the same day.
There is a charge of 800 yen per bag (up to 15 kg) one way.

We can arrange seat reservations on the airport direct bus services to Haneda and Narita airports.

The Guest Services Counter will be happy to heat-sterilize your baby bottles for you.
Guests staying at the Palm & Fountain Terrace Hotel can purchase a voucher for tickets to the Cirque du Soleil Theatre Tokyo.
