Check-in & Checkout

Both the Palm Terrace Hotel and Fountain Terrace Hotel have their own check-in and checkout procedures, so please head directly to the hotel your reservation is with. You pay when you check-in, making checkout a breeze. Just place the card key for your room in the card key return box located in the lobby, and you’re done!
Check-in time 3:00 p.m. Checkout time 11:00 a.m.

Guest Services Counter

The following services are available at the Guest Services Counter.

Home Delivery

Send your presents and luggage home by courier.
Charges vary according to the size and weight of what is being sent.

Haneda Delivery (Hotel Airport Express Service)

Drop your luggage off at the Guest Services counter, and have it delivered to Haneda Airport the same day.
If you drop your luggage off at the Guest Services counter by 11:00, and you can pick your luggage up at Haneda Airport between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. the same day.
There is a charge of 800 yen per bag (up to 15 kg) one way.

Temporary Luggage Storage

We will look after your luggage for short periods of time before check-in and after checkout.

Airport Direct Bus Reservations

We can arrange seat reservations on the airport direct bus services to Haneda and Narita airports

Children’s Service Information

We offer the following services to help make the stay more pleasant for guests with children.

Kids’ Area (located in the lobby of each building) Features a television with sofas to entertain the kids while you check in, etc.
Cribs
	Available free of charge upon request. Note: – If you would like to use a crib, please let us know in advance as there are only a limited number of cribs available.
Japanese-Style Bathrooms
All rooms feature Japanese-style bathing rooms, with a bathtub that is separate from the hand basin and toilet. This is especially convenient for families with small children.
Baby Bottle Sterilizing
The Guest Services Counter will be happy to heat-sterilize your baby bottles for you.
