The Company will appoint Privacy Officers to ensure that appropriate and stringent controls are applied when guests’ personal information is handled. The Company will strive to protect the privacy of guests by implementing security measures that are appropriate and at a reasonable level with regard to the risk of both external leakage of information and unauthorized external access, etc.
Access to data bases, etc., pertaining to personal information will be limited to authorized persons, and information will be stringently controlled to prevent inappropriate use within the Company.

Of the aforementioned personal information held and acquired by the Company, the information in Item 1, which is obtained in order to record guest details as required under the Inns and Hotels Law, and information in Items 5, which is acquired in connection with the use of services, will not be used for any other purposes. The personal information in item 4 consists of names, addresses, telephone numbers and information pertaining to lost and found property and other matters reported by guests. Such information may be jointly used by the Company’ parent company (MILIAL RESORT HOTELS Co., Ltd), Oriental Land Co., Ltd and its associated companies in order to search for lost and found property and carry out communications concerning such matters. Other information as described in Items 2and 3 will be used within the scope of the following purposes. Some information, such as trends in the usage of the official websites and the content of responses to guest surveys, may be supplied to third parties in the form of statistical information that cannot be used to identify individuals, for use in the analysis of surveys carried out to improve services.
Privacy Policy
The use of personal information acquired by the Company in connection with the operations of the Hotels will be limited to (1) the provision of services, (2) the improvement of products and services and the development of new products, and (3) the provision of various types of information. Personal information acquired by the Company may be supplied to its parent company (MILIAL RESORT HOTELS Co., Ltd), Oriental Land Co., Ltd and its associated companies. The items of information supplied by the Company and the methods used to supply that information are as follows. If guests so wish, the provision of their personal information to these companies can be terminated.

If required for operational purposes, the Company may contract services to companies that it judges to be trustworthy and with which it has concluded non-disclosure agreements (hereinafter referred to as “contractors”. Disclosure to contractors is limited to information needed to achieve the required purpose, and contractors are prohibited from using the information for other purposes.
If a guest wishes to check his or her own personal information, the Company will provide any personal information that it holds, after first confirming the identity of the guest concerned to prevent leakage of guests’ personal information to third parties. the request of a guest who wishes to correct or amend information or terminate its use, the Company will take steps to correct or delete erroneous or outdated information or terminate the use of information, after first confirming the identity of the guest to prevent tampering with or destruction of guests’ personal information. Deletion of information for which the retention period stipulated in related laws or government regulations has not yet expired will be carried out at the end of that retention period.

The Company will respect the privacy of users of its official websites (hereinafter referred to as “users”) and will strive to prevent leakage or loss of or tampering with personal information or unauthorized access by implementing appropriate protection and security measures.
In the Official Sites, minors will not be able to send personally identifiable information without the permission of their guardian. Therefore, the guardian’s contact or email address may be required at registration, when deemed necessary.
IP address refers to the numeric identifier automatically assigned to a user’s computer when a user is browsing any Web site. The Web server (the computer which provides Web sites) automatically recognizes and corresponds with the user’s computer.
